AARP Smart Drivers Class Part 2

This is the second day of a 2 day course. To attend, you must be registered for the event on September 5. By registering for the event on September 5 you register for both days of the course. 

Cars have changed over the years. So have traffic rules, driving conditions, and the roads you travel every day. By taking this course, you will learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and proven safety strategies to help keep you safe while on the road. Completion of this class may qualify you for a discount on your car insurance. Must attend 8 hours of training to receive a certificate. The AARP fee is $20.00 for AARP members and $25.00 for non-members and can be paid on the first day of the class. Please bring the correct amount if paying with cash. Bring your AARP Membership Card, Driver’s License, and a pen. One must attend full 4 hours both days to qualify for the insurance discount required by the state of Illinois. Try to arrive 15 minutes early for class sign in. The instructor is a volunteer and is certified by the Illinois Secretary of State.
